Kienan Hamm - Fast & Slow Shutter Speed

 Shot with Sony Cyber-Shot, 8 second shutter @ f 3.5, ISO 125 (auto). This semi-lengthy shutter brought out a lot of interesting color by condensing what little light there was on an otherwise dark night. I also like the way that the picture turned out asymmetrically, with the light of the house and moon on the right offset by the clouds and silhouettes on the left.

Shot with Sony Cyber-Shot, 1/1600 shutter @ f 3.5, ISO 125 (auto). For whatever reason my camera is able to capture water better than just about anything else in motion. It's a little monochromatic, but I think the shapes and ripples are interesting, and, compared to some of the other things I tried, the picture is fairly crisp and grain-free.
