Soft and Hard Light by Wren Withers

This is an example of soft light.  It was pretty shady which was nice because I was using a slow shutter speed to get the effect of the water.  the camera I used is a Canon rebel T2i 550D.  

Here is an example of hard light.  It gives a lot of texture and detail to the yellow Aspen trees and the mountain in the back.  Both of these pictures were taken in Big Cottonwood Canyon on Oct 20th.
