Carolyn Steele - Assignment 3 - Country Lane

My genre for this semester is "Old Gardens" so I started my sojourn at Wheeler Farm. This image is taken on my Nikon D-300 at f/14 at 1/80 sec with my 18-200 mm lens set at 150 mm, formatted for JPEG-fine for the highest quality without eating up my whole memory card. It was about 6:30 p.m. so the sun was waning but still quite high. I like the effect of the shadows creating a vignette to lead the eye down the path.

    This is absolutely beautiful! Love how the natural lighting lends to the uniqueness. It would be interesting to see this photo done each season???
