I'm not sure whose photo this is. Your setting of minus 3 with Cloudy color balance gave the photo a really warm look. Do you like it? So, even though you feel like you are setting the camera to what seems to be a higher color temperature balance it is just compensating for a scene with a higher(cooler) color balance resulting in a nice warm photo. Does all of that make sense? rT
